This is quite a scenic race! The lake/reservoir is beautiful - it was like a millpond on race morning. The bike course is pretty rolling so not really an olympic PB course, it can also be a bit windy at times. But the scenery was very pleasant and the local countryside lovely.
The run goes around the lake and up to the dam - it was quite an enjoyable run course with a little off-road section too and slightly undulating on the first part before you reach the side of the reservoir.
Really well organised and a great finisher chute for a smaller local race. Don't forget your pint of Erdinger Alkoholfrei!
