Not having the start of the race go off of our timing chips but by our wave start, not having a results tent, having the wave starts wrong on the pick-up packets (did not match the website), not giving everyone a Malibu Triathlon hat with the year on it included in the goody-bag, (it has been a tradition with Nautica). not having any granola or cliff bars in the goody bag and having to wait around for an hour after racing to see what the results were.
