My first ever obstacle run and it didn't disappoint! I was nervous I wouldn't be able to make it around let alone conquer the course its self but everyone is really supportive. You take it at your own pace and do what you can.
Yes you get cold, yes you get muddy and yes there are a few bruises after but so worth it. A great day out whether you're on your own, in a small group or a large group. Would totally recommend it!
The heated changing rooms after the race were a great addition and definitely appreciated!
