Very Covid safe event - loads of space at start and set off in waves. Felt very safe at all times

Didn't expect it to be so hilly but enjoyable just for stunning views. Running alongside river for final 3km was difficult dog / bike / people dodging - maybe course should have been in reserve when less members of the public were on the Thames path
