Dear Organizers,
Please streamline the swim start! I've won my AG a number of times, most recently 2019, but by the time I get to the finish line the party is over! (OK, I'm very slow.) If you switch to a self-seeded start (after the pros and celebs, of course) you'll be able to get us all started before the first wave crosses the finish line.

p.s.The bike will go much more smoothly if you can emphasize basic rules, e.g., no blocking.
