← Fleetwood Half Marathon
I was a pacer for this event running 2hr 15 minutes pace. The course is two laps along the sea front and then looping back along the footpath, the path was slightly uneven in places and a young lady in front of me tripped and cut her knee. It is a very flat and fast course although due to the location it can be, and was, very windy and you need to watch for sand blowing about. Most spectators gather around the start and the section towards the leisure centre and lake. A whopper of a medal from FCR and well organised as ever.
