The Engma Quadzilla was a low key, yet well supported race. The course is 7 and a bit laps of approximately 5km around Caldecotte Lake in Milton Keynes.

Runners could complete 1, 2, 3, or 4 marathons (1 per day) over the 4 days and the cut off time was very reasonable. Those who completed all 4 days received a prestigious hoodie and their own lifetime bib/race number, both of which are fantastic personal touches.

The aid station is situated at the lap point, which is also the finish line. Simple snacks are available. The range of snacks is minimal, but does the job! You can also leave layers, drinks, snacks etc. at the aid station along with any personal items, so this means you don't have to lug gels, food and drinks around the course.

A lovely flat route which is well supported, with many locals cheering you on as well (as that's what you do when you see runners wearing race numbers!).
