A lovely trail race through the woods. The organiser (Dave) plans the routes brilliantly so that the routes become increasingly challenging throughout each series, brilliantly maintaining the balance of tough and enjoyable.
The marshalls are second to none and there is plenty of space for spectators throughout the course, although most wait around the start/finish area.
There is always a water station and plenty of water at the end. A few sweets or lollies at the start/finish line are by far enough 'aid' to support this distance race.
The medals are of blatant quality and the design is well thought out.
I would certainly recommend this event to runners of all abilities.
