Another great event from Flyde Coast Runners, I had the opportunity to pace 55mins for them today as I have done previously.
Fast & flat route, perfect for PB chasing!!
Pick up number on the day and then straight onto the running track to start the event, 2 laps around Stanley Park before finishing on the same track. Nice medal, water and chocolate at the finish too. Recommend to everyone
