I love this race and returned for a second year. Its a tough one as it is hilly. This year was particularly soaked in places due to the rain we have had this year and during the night before. The route covers a bit of everything but mainly tracks and trails arround stourbridge.

The collection of numbers in the morning of the race was very quick and organised and pre race brief was good. My only dissapontment again is the lack of a Medal. Its a tough race and a medal would be a great keep sake. This was a bottle free event which I beleve is good and the Banana and choclate bar at the end is always well recieved after 10 miles of trails and mud. You dont walk away totally empty handed as i know have a couple of Stourbridge hand towels in my set.
