← Kidsgrove 10K
I was asked to be a pacer for this event (55mins), it was the first time I had ran this event too. Registration was simple inside the school hall with the start just outside the school gates
Route was quite undulating with a steep hill around 8k in so I had to keep the runners motivated up there before slightly downhill finish. Water station along the way which was enough for a 10k
Nice medal at the finish and a few PB’s for some runners who stayed with me until the end
