Ran as the canicross. Lovely route really enjoyed it

Through the woods was pretty challenging with a dog and to be honest I think a Marshall should have been in there (2 runners fell, which give the stone could have been worse than the minor cuts)

But other than that loved it

Great team, great spirit and one of my favourites from the past 12 months
