← Essar Chester Half Marathon
This race was my first half marathon and I’d recommend it to all first timers! Lots of info and your number is posted out in advance to help planning and save stressing on the day itself.
The route has a couple of inclines to add a bit of a challenge, and you run through the city then out and back through country lanes so it’s really varied.
The crowds are some of the best of any race I e participated in which is incredible! And lots of pubs along the route have live bands playing outside for even more of an atmosphere.
