← Spartan Race UK - Windsor Trifecta Weekend
Without a doubt, Spartan are my favourite Obstacle Course Race (or just OCR) as they are commonly known! Whether I am volunteering, running for fun or decide I feel a bit competitive, I LOVE a Spartan!
Windsor is where my heart is though. This trifecta weekend is the absolute best! The past couple of years I have forced myself to complete all 3 distances (Sprint, Super and Beast!) and the feeling at the end of the Sunday is incredible. I love the extra bling of the trifecta medal!
Due to the location and time of year, the weather and setting don’t make it feel like the same
run three times. I found having some friends to run some of it with (especially the final run of the weekend) mages it so much fun!
If you haven’t tried a Spartan yet, what are you waiting for! Grab some friends and give it a go! You will not regret it! I was persuaded about 4 years ago and have been addicted ever since!
