Unfortunately this came a week after a death in the family. I was in two minds to run right up until the morning to run or not but decided to go ahead.
Everything I love about a run. Getting into places that you can’t normally run through,through a town,along the canal and docks but unfortunately my head wasn’t right so I didn’t enjoy it like I should.
I hated every second but not due to the event.
Wasn’t my best time. Couldn’t care less.
Since it’s become one of my most valued medals because it shows even when we are at our lowest there’s always something inside and if I can do that run I can do any.
I will be going back. Me and that corse have unfinished business
