Cheap and cheerful this one. The medal is nothing to write home about (if you’re into your bling then this one might not be for you) and no finisher T but really well organised and it does everything you need it to do. Based at the local leisure centre so the facilities are great and fog rolls after: who could ask for more?! The course is tough (undulating!!) and muddy but beautiful through the trails of Tilgate forest and park. Only slight moan would be the Sunday morning dog walkers - not the races fault - including the woman apologising to her dog for not being allowed off its lead!
