← Tough Mudder - Yorkshire

This was my ninth tough mudder and first time completing the Yorkshire course. Signs for those driving to the race was as always welcome as you got nearer to the location as parking can often be hard to find. Registration was easy as ever and mudder village was easy to navigate, getting signed in and using bag drop took no time at all. Plenty of toilets both before and during the race though much more muddy later on in the day. Warm up was fun and lively and are start wave set off pretty much bang on time.

Enjoyed the course - plenty of mud thanks to all the rain and loved the obstacles both old and new. A little disappointed with the aid stations this year that there was only flapjacks at one of the stations and lucozade also only at one, water the rest of the way round. Previous years snacks and both water and lucozade were available at all stations. The lack of photographers on the course was a shame as well.

Signage is plentiful and clear so no chance of going wrong and the marshals are all very helpful and always friendly. I would very much recommend Tough Mudders for anyone looking for a challenge and a great day out!
