Despite it being the wettest weather known to mankind, we went ahead with the Swim and found out that due to unsafe road conditions the bike had been cancelled. After viewinf some of the pictures online this was by far the safest option and I thank all the organisers for what would have been a very difficult decision. The run then proceeded setting at 3-5 sec intervals from 0900. Again a wet and muddy run but the enthusiasm of the volunteers and organisers was second to none. Would love to do this again!!!
