Loved this race - Something a little different - 3 laps up and down the river Adur - First lap in the light and then running thru dusk into the darkness.
Great low key, local, friendly, relaxed event. Aid stations were great, more like Ultra Marathon aid stations, with a big selection of snacks and super friendly marshalls.
Would thoroughly recommend, and the icing on the cake was the fantastic medal at the end.
