← Swansea Half Marathon
This was my 5th time running Swansea and my first in an official pacer role. Great organisation. Flat, fast course. Every year I've done it it's been warmer than expected and you almost always get a bit of a headwind on the second half. Entry fee slightly higher than some other half marathons but great medal and t-shirt to show for it. Unfortunately no goody bag. Plenty of water (every 3 miles) and gels (mile 6 and 9) on route.

We didn't give a goody bag as we are trying to cut any unnecessary plastic where possible and be more environmentally aware, however, we still supplied Eat Natural bars at the end alongside the water, medal and t-shirt.
