Review of Rock n Roll Liverpool 2019 Marathon.
This event has a big race feel, with a sizeable Expo the day before, lots of merchandise and all sorts of stuff other than running happening on the day. It’s a great one for runner and spectator alike.
I did really enjoy the race and the route, albeit it was quite a lot hillier than I expected!
I didn’t have the best race as I felt ill after the first half marathon, but the other runners were supportive as were the marshalls and that helped get me round.
I’d recommend it to anyone who hasn’t done it yet.
