← ABP Southampton Marathon
My first (and last!) city race.
A bit too corporate for my liking.
The people of Southampton were simply outstanding, but the course was rather dull, the aid stations poor and the whole feel of the day rather flat.
Too many competitors, too much “in your face” advertising and not a patch on small club run events.
Sorry Southampton, I’ll not be back.
