This was my first ultra, so i was naturally apprehensive, but there was no need to be. The whole event was extremely well organised. There were coach transfers to Brecon startline & a safety briefing before we set off. Signage along the route made navigation so much easier. Checkpoints were well organised. We had a wrist band to wear so that it could be scanned in at each check point & this ran smoothly. The food & drink supplied was just what we needed/wanted. If i had to be picky, we were expecting chips at the final checkpoint, but they had run out before we arrived. The finish line was awesome. Our medal was the best & we had some finisher pics taken. I was so tired, i forgot to collect my checkpoint bag at the finish which had my trail trainers in. I emailed the organisers but no response. A little bit frustrating/disappointing, but I realise this my error. All in all, a superb ultra & i thoroughly enjoyed it!
