← PHOENIX The Jaw Dropper
I ran a marathon distance - 8 x 3.28 mile laps (out and back). The event is very well run and the other runners were incredibly supportive. The Thames path is lovely around Walton-on-Thames. I found pacing this difficult, what with lots of runners to overtake on a short loop and pedestrians/rowers/cyclists on the path, there was lots of stop-start-slow down-speed up. But the medal is wicked!
