← Fleet Half Marathon
I hadn't booked this race as it clashed with being away, but when the race was postponed due to snowfall and rearranged, a friend of mine no longer wanted to take part and I was able to get a transferred place. This was very easy to organise on the website. Email communication from this point came direct to me, and the organisers made sure everything was clear for those that joined the race at last minute. This is my local race and I took part the previous year so knew the course route well. The marshals are really good and local support can always be relied on. There's a good mix of town, suburb and countryside, with a few undulations. I'd recommend this race - it's a well-attended prerequisite of spring marathon training for many year after year.
