← The Quicksilver Hampton Court Half Marathon
I really enjoyed my first Hampton Court half-marathon. First of all, can I say that my pacers (for two hours 15 mins) were fabulous. They were full of encouragement and happy to chat to us. Thank you so much to them for helping me reach my planned finish time. I also thought the marshalls were excellent too. Two negatives - it was tricky to find the park and ride car-park (I caught up with another car also travelling in circles before we found it) and there were huge queues for the loos pre-race. However, the course was really lovely (especially the riverside parts) and it was nice to see some spectators. I had a really enjoyable day and I will be returning next year...
