← The Quicksilver Hampton Court Half Marathon
This event was well ran, inviting and simple. It was a great race for me to do my first half marathon on. The only thing that I would say, the water stations had open cups of water. I know this is for ease and seems very sensible. However, I felt the need to carry my own water bottle so as not to be nervous as to whether the water was contaminated in any way. I don’t know if this is a common worry, it is just something that is good to be aware of. I really enjoyed the race. All the marshalls were incredible, unbelievably supportive and very helpful. The locals were standing on their doorsteps cheering you on which was lovely.
