Bit on-road off-road blown on-sand and some rocky paths, basically a mix of terrains. The straight single track path at about 8/9 miles wasnt very welcoming; bit labourius and mind numbing. Good atmosphere at the start and finish and lots of support from marshalls. Just not for me i think :-(
