Did the swim with my dad as it was his 8th time, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The scenery was beautiful and the crowds lining the banks were super supportive and create an encouraging atmosphere. I managed to somehow break through the masses and swim most of the race with few swimming’s around me so the stillness of the water meant a hugely enjoyable experience. I will be swimming it again this year!
