Love this lot. Wasn't supposed to run today but was getting jealous watching so ran the 10k. Mainly flat on a wide, even canal tow path but had some horrible climbs up locks. My fastest 10k for a while. Cake, chocolate, beer and medal. Really inclusive really supportive. Great runners, great marshals, great organision. If you haves IGUNed then you need a stern word with yourself.
