Four out and back laps from Walton on Thames to Hampton Court following the river Thanes. Straight forward navigation with an aid station every 5k. The main appeal for me of the phoenix events is the friendliness of everyone taking part and the awesome medals. This was event 4 of a 4 part series spanning the year
