A great multi-lap event on woodland paths and gravel tracks. Their is a friendly atmosphere with runners of all abilities cheering everyone on as they crossed paths on the outbound and return sections.. The organisers know their stuff and put on simple turn up and run events in countryside surroundings. The addition of a hot food van this year was a good idea as warm food and a hot drink was most welcome after the run. The medal, aid station and post race goodies were worth the fee. These events are great for marathon training as running with a group of people is lot easier than training on your own.
