This was my first time running this event and also the first opportunity to pace at a race. The sign up process was simple, race day information sent out in advance, the race village was well sign posted on arrival with marshals on hand to help out before, during and after the race. The course and weather conditions on the day made for a perfect opportunity to gain a PB. It's a shame that it was the last hosting of the race, due to the track closing this year, as it would have been great to run it again.
