I did this race in 2017 so knew what to expect come race day. This year though was my first pacing run for SBRevents so o PB chasing for me just helping others get PB’s instead. Arrived early as knew duathlon was on beforehand and wanted to relax before running. Registration was simple, pick up number on the day along with t-shirt for paving. Nice flat course around a race track so great for people wanting a PB chance, marshalls were great encouraging everyone and the pit lane was a good place to finish as people were lined along it cheering you home. Unfortunately it’s the last time the race will be at Rockingham due to it being sold off. Great day all round with myself and my wife pacing and my lad getting a new PB at 5k
