← Camberley 10k

This was the first time I'd run this event. Being local, I cycled there, but there was plenty of nearby off road parking. It was simple enough to enter and relatively cheap (£12 affiliated). Information was sent via email and was on their website too. Only about 260 people took park. No road closures were required so it was run on footpaths/pavements all the way. The route itself was challenging with some cheeky hills which kept you on your toes (literally). Two water stops with bottles which is more than enough for a 10k. There was only a little local support and it would've been nice to have more. Marshalls were where needed and did an OK job (some quiet, some a bit more enthusiastic). At the end of the race you got a medal and goody bag containing a bottle of water, banana and 2 recovery/protein bars. Would I do it again? Probably but only because it's local to me.
