← Birchwood 10K
Enjoyed my first experience of the Birchwood 10k. Signed up as part of the double deal with the English Half Marathon 10k, which offers great value for money. Race organisers helpful on the morning with giving me a replacement number. Course was mainly flat, on a mixture of paths/trails & closed roads. Some of the trails were narrow, leading to a bit of congestion in the early parts of the run. 3 Motorway bridges to tackle in the last 3km. Event had pacers, which was great in helping me achieve a new pb. Nice medal & t-shirt at the end. Will be looking at signing up for next years event.
