Hi Athletes,
For your first Ironman, the half in Poland is awesome. Bar the bit of a language gap at registration the rest is absolutely magnificent.
For the swim the ocean was warm and calm. The cycle was beautiful. Some fantastic rolling hills and just loads of nature eye candy.
The run was great through the city. There were lots of really hot supporters to cheer you.
All in all an awesome event
