Ware is local to me and a few of the chaps and chapesses were traveling up so I thought why not ?
10k or 10 mile option on a tricky little course , a couple of hills first half flat for the 2nd .. 10 mile is 2 loops ..
plenty of water station with splash point where the kids would throw water over you which was very welcome ! Marshals were superb and there was lots of them around the course and at race village locals were out on course offering support and a hosing down which again, was welcomed !
All in all ware joggers have organised a very well run , enjoyable not for profit race and for £16 - receiving a medal and t-shirt , what’s not to like ??
