← Dino Dash Relays
this is a fun event for charity organised by Crystal Palace Fun Runners.
Registration was easy via their website and you could pay online or on the day.
The race is for teams of three, each running 3km. The route is in the lovely Crystal Palace Park, taking in the historic dinosaurs. It begins with an uphill climb, then the return downhill, with a final lap of the lake.
There are some fancy dress dinosaurs to cheer you along and so many marshals along the route cheering.
At the end there is water and sweets as well as a cereal bar.
No medal, but it’s so cheap to enter and it’s all about the fun and charity.
Would definitely do it again!
