← Folkestone Coastal 10K
I’ve done this race three times now and I’ve always found it wonderfully friendly and well organised. There isn’t a huge turnout of support, but there’s a smattering of folk all along the front, and a good gaggle at the end, and the marshals are lovely. There are plenty of them even though it’s impossible to go off route, which feels nice. Some people think the route is dull - it’s straight along the promenade for 5k, then back - but I love running along the sea front, and enjoy the lack of hills, navigation and traffic. Thoroughly recommended.
