This is a good fun weekend of running with the 5k, half & full marathon and a fun run to choose from. The half route includes a number of the main sights in Liverpool starting and finishing near the Echo arena. A significant amount of the route travel through various parks which are pretty but quieter in terms of support and the same is true of the last 3 miles along the river. The organisation is good and there was plenty of water available at every station. There could however have been more toilets long the route as single portaloos meant long queues.
