Good Points: Medal, route was not unpleasant

Bad Points: Started almost an hour late without any communication as to why. Medals had to be hunted down by slower runners (I finished around 3 hours), goody bags were not made up and incomplete when they arrived. Water stations ran out of water. Race times were not included in the first set of results. Response to my complaints was generic and incomplete. My follow up has been ignored.

Probably an ok run for faster runners but not for those of us with lower fitness capabilities. I really wish I had saved my first half marathon for the Surrey half, the vitality north or Cardiff world championship half - all of which I have run since and had a much better experience! I'd recommend choosing another race if you know you are slow, these people really didnt care about the experience which is frustrating since they should treat the last person finishing the same as the first person finishing.
