← HighBridge Jewelers Bourton 10K
First time I had done this race - had to set the alarm just to try and bag a place when entries open as it sells out FAST.
The race village is a walk away from the start, and could do with putting on extra toilets as the couple at the leisure centre are not enough to cater for everyone.
Slightly bizarre two small laps of the village at the start before an out and back but good fun passing all the local support. Not normally a fan of out and backs but the race was so friendly, it was down a pretty country lane, and great to spot friends and shout encouragement as we passed.
The finishers top was long sleeved and made a really nice change from the usual race t shirts.
Plenty of cafes for breakfast afterwards!
Will be back - as long as I can get a place!
