← Cancer Research UK London Winter Run

I've run this event two years in a row now. It is probably one of the more expensive 10K races I have entered but it is very popular and for a cause close to my heart. Be prepared for the cold weather, as the temperatures can feel a bit artic, especially if you have to hang around a bit before your wave sets off. A lot of runners tend to duck into the nearby eateries so be prepared for queues if you fancy a bite to eat before hand. Plenty of toilets just off Trafalgar Square. Crowds are always amazing for London events. If you're looking for PB times you would be best to start in the earlier waves as there can be a bit of a backlog, especially where parts bottleneck on the course. Overall I love this course and would consider entering next year.
