Running through central London is always a treat. Taking in part of the marathon route and in the company of Sir Mo Farah, albeit miles ahead of us, added to the occasion. This was a well organised race with a really friendly and upbeat atmosphere. The crowds came out and gave us great support. Nice tshirt (not that I need any more!) and medal. It was probably a quick course but I fell after 3 1/2 miles (boo!) so I couldn’t really say! I did finish in a decent time, though!
