This is probably the most fun half marathon in the UK as the atmosphere is just superb. The 5k on the Saturday is a nice route and the finish is the arena makes you feel like a rock star. The half marathon route is good and takes you past key sights in the city and though some beautiful parks. To finish the weekend there is also the mile fun run for an extra medal. Like all Rock’n’Roll events the medals are awesome and there is music along the course with a concert at the end. Definitely coming back to run this one again.
