← Adidas Manchester Marathon
Everything, apart from miles 19-21 of this race was amazing. The crowds, support, music, feed stations, enthusiasm, pacing, route was superb. I felt though at miles 19-21 (Carrington road?) that it was a bit sparce and hard for supporters to get to. Once the race got closer to Urmston through the Erdinger station things picked up again and it was a superb way to finish my first marathon.
The Finish is superb, the funneling system straightforward and the free beer at the end was all worth it. The Medal is amazing too, probably the best one I have to date.
