This was my first ever 10K race and overall, I had a great experience. The course was scenic and well thought out, and I really appreciated the friendly marshals who kept spirits high along the way, thank you! The medal was a standout, beautifully designed and a lovely keepsake....

This was my first ever 10K race and overall, I had a great experience. The course was scenic and well thought out, and I really appreciated the friendly marshals who kept spirits high along the way, thank you! The medal was a standout, beautifully designed and a lovely keepsake. However, the goodie bag was a bit disappointing and didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the event. Still, I’m proud to have completed my first 10K and grateful for the effort that went into organizing the event. I will be signing up for 2026!

My first half marathon and my first experience of Worcester City Runs. I had been injured in the build up to the event but I'm so glad I decided to take part. It was really well organised both before and during the event. The route takies you through the City on closed roads making it perfectly safe and providing great concouragement as many shoppers and residents cheer you on along the route. It's also a nice flat route so ideal for anybody taking on their first half marathon or seeking a fast time! I loved it!

This was my fifth Worcester Half and I loved it as always. The support in the city is great, it’s scenic, lovely along the river and always friendly. The only thing that would make it even better is starting the half before the 10k, as used to be the pattern. When you finish the half most people have left the finish area so it can be a bit of an anti-climax. Other than that, an interesting and main,y flat course, highly recommended.

This was my second time running the 10 km- never saw any pace setter during the 10 km, which would have been helpful. Course is lovely and was well marked and seeing crowds helped you keep going. There was one water station, but no electrolytes which would have helped me as an ol...

This was my second time running the 10 km- never saw any pace setter during the 10 km, which would have been helpful. Course is lovely and was well marked and seeing crowds helped you keep going. There was one water station, but no electrolytes which would have helped me as an older novice runner. I did feel that the start was chaotic and slowed the start time. Also, the professional photographer was sited poorly- would have been better in the positions of the previous year. All in all an excellent experience and a race worth doing. Goody bag poor, medal good.

The 10K course is a lovely route around & through the city. The support from spectators from start to finish is great to experience (particularly the two bands). The only negative comment was that reaching a toilet before the race was extremely difficult due to the number of people waiting. In 2024 the riverside cafe opened it's toilet block but I was told it was locked this year- it may have opened later. That was a great facility to have in 2024.

This is my first time running a Half marathon and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was brilliant and it was nice that there were so many spectators supporting the runners! Everything ran very smoothly and my 2 boys loved doing the junior run. The only criticism would be that the course was a bit too concentrated in the town center where as the a few years ago they had the run going further out of Worcester. Also there was a few places where the route had a few hair pin turns which was difficult when running.
