Fantastic event well ran and organised. Myself and my son had booked to run each race and it was our first ever event. Didn’t know what to expect and was surprised at how much we enjoyed it. Much bigger than we expected, the volunteers where very helpful and encouraging, the course was made very clear and the medal and goodie bag where way better than we expected. My mrs even ended up being able to join in the kids run with my son last minute which was amazing. Great day and we will be back again for more

Brilliant event. Very little change is needed with this - BRR did a superb job. All I want from a 10k running event is accurate distance, timing chip, a water station at 5k, toilets and a medal. BRR gave all this and more. The only things I haven't given 5* are · environmental sustainability: this could be improved by using recyclable or reusable cups instead of water bottles, but it may be difficult or expensive to source this. Bananas were given out at the end, and energy gels around their end date so that they aren't wasted. Good environmental behaviour. · facilities - whenever I looked at the portaloos in the field pre-run, there was generally a queue of 20+ people. Sports hall available for changing and keeping warm/dry. Big cake stand! Brilliant event otherwise.

My 4th time running this event. One of the best runs I have done. The marshals on route were amazing and did a great job of supporting while keeping us safe. Goody bag was amazing this year. From start to finish really good organisation.

Awesome event. Friendly marshals, great organisation, such a great buzz at the start and finish as the track is a perfect location. The hill is tough but it’s over in the first half of the race, after that it’s smooth sailing. Would love to do this race again.
