As always a brilliant race provided by F3Events. A busy morning with 3 duathlon distances and a super sprint tri but no probelms registering or racking. I got exactly the space I wanted.
Raced the event with many team mates which made it even better and in our brand new kit too.
Good fast 5k first run and smashed a 12 second T1 although had issues with shoes and feet once mounted. The bike course is as always fast flat and damn windy. Fast and flat though makes for a great time and then for the final 5k run and finish.
Lots of supporters all cheering the finishers and a great result foor me.
Cant dfault the organisation and marshalling as always and even though Dorney is dull to run and cycle round we know its good for some great and fast times.
Top event so far this year for me.

As with every f3 Event i have done, I enjoyed this one - its Dorney Lake - nothing to not like about it
Well organised and always nice to race on closed roads
Little bit of a wait for registration but to be fair there was also a Super Sprint Triathlon on today too
Well do the race again and i am sure i will do another F3 Event soon too

Always well organised, great to race at a closed venue with a flat course, no traffic to worry about and all in one place with the lake as the backdrop. I come back every year and will keep returning!
